purpose.

To create a public space that combines the functions of a business center for company employees and a museum for tourists and city residents.

Natural Landscape as the Park Prototype.

The facility comprises two areas that differ in both appearance and function. We deliberately design the area around the office to resemble an urban space, maintaining the pace of intense work. This area features a formal layout: neatly trimmed shrubs and round benches.
The rest of the area consists of a walking path winding through rows of grasses, a meandering stream, green groves and clumps of trees, hills, and a grotto carved into the landscape. This space should give the impression that everything here came about naturally.
The centerpiece of the park is a grotto with a grass-covered roof, in front of which there is a pond with a fountain. To preserve the landscape’s character, the landscaping features native plants: pines, spruces, and firs; alders and birches; white willows with striking crown structures; multi-stemmed elms; lilacs; and apple trees.

Technical Visualizations.

Central Meadow
This space serves as a transition between the office and the park. A sculpture of the company's founder stands on the main hill, paying homage to the company's history.
Forest Museum
The museum pavilion seems to rise out of the hill. To better integrate it into the surroundings, we are greening the roof. The main path leading to the entrance is enhanced by a fountain.
Office Area
Single-row seating and a more formal layout set the tone for work. The large multi-level terrace at the entrance is perfect for taking a break outdoors.
