Purpose.

To create a vibrant and functional environment with a premium feel and a cohesive ecosystem that contrasts with formal architecture and high-density development, bringing people and spaces together.

A Path of Slowing Down Amid the City's Rhythm.

We designed a vibrant and sustainable system in the heart of the city—a green oasis set against a backdrop of formal architecture. We connected the space by a single natural line—an artery that contrasts with the regular fire lanes. Its curves, rhythm, shifts in scale, and enveloping quality evoke natural forms.

Functional Areas.

Main Entrance
The entrance area sets the tone for the entire property. The winding path slows down the pace of the metropolis, while the lush landscape plantings and striking multi-stemmed Amelanchier trees create the feeling of a garden within the city.
Main Square
The neighborhood’s main attraction is a bionic-shaped canopy with a starry sky projected onto the ceiling. From beneath it, there is a view of a vast expanse of water dotted with solitary maple trees and standard pines.
Blooming Meadow
The Large Meadow is designed in the New Wave style. Plant combinations selected based on light conditions create a continuous visual interest throughout the year. The plants were selected for their hardiness and low-maintenance requirements.
Sports and Children's Areas
A slide has been incorporated into the area with varying terrain. The sports area features a variety of spaces designed for specific purposes, complete with a convenient storage system for equipment.

Key Techniques and Features.

Each area of the site features focal points that are logically and stylistically interconnected. Thus, all the canopies, pergolas, and trellises are unified by their design and color scheme.

To create the look of a natural garden, we use landscape planting techniques: multi-stemmed groups of trees and shrubs, loosely arranged clumps, and large patches of perennials. Using shrubs with different flowering periods creates a sense of spatial variation. Conifers and grasses make the courtyard garden visually appealing all year round.
The project features durable materials that are both visually and tactilely appealing—natural stone and wood. The colors of the metal structures tie the landscaping into the complex’s architecture.
Trees Planted Along the Parking Lot'S Column Lines
In our design, we took into account the architectural layout and are planting large trees in key areas of the neighborhood.
Hiding Technical Elements
Fire access routes, ventilation shafts, and access hatches are incorporated into the landscaping plan and are not identified as functional requirements.
Landscape Plantings
Multi-level landscaping featuring conifers and perennial grasses provides year-round visual appeal and maintains the courtyard’s greenery throughout all seasons.
Consideration of Wind and Solar Loads
The arrangements of flower beds and tree and shrub groups have been selected based on their sun exposure. The small architectural forms are positioned in such a way as to reduce wind loads on the site.
We have created a unique space where nature sets the pace of life. The project reinforced the complex’s premium positioning and highlighted the developer’s standing, earning recognition from the professional community (the ALAROS Awards and the International Architecture & Design Awards).
