Purpose.

To create a unique look for the site that harmonizes with three architectural styles: Neoclassical, avant-garde, and contemporary. To fill the space with as much functionality as possible without compromising on aesthetics

Vitrage Garden beneath the Pine Trees.

Arrays of pine trees are complemented by shrubs and a dense ground cover of grasses with serviceberry. The curvilinear lines of the grasses, echoing the streams, serve as color accents, creating the dynamism of a "stained-glass picture." The theme is continued by canopies with textured glazing. Paths, with their natural curves, flow like riverbeds toward the focal points.
project concept and solutions.

Functional Areas.

Central Pond
A secluded spot by the pond, sheltered by a vitrage canopy in the heart of the park and surrounded by lush greenery, invites you to slow down and unwind amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
Central Park
A series of intimate spaces deep within the park has been created for quiet relaxation, socializing, and working outdoors. Areas of varying sizes are hidden behind hedges and trees, creating a sense of privacy.
Oriental Park
A series of ponds runs through the eastern part of the grounds, creating spaces of varying sizes and levels of seclusion for reading, relaxation, and meditation.
Courtyards
To highlight the unique character of each courtyard, the design utilized a color-coding scheme based on the flowers and the decorative hues of the foliage.

Key Techniques and Features.

The custom-designed vitrage artwork is incorporated into all elements of the landscaping.

Canopy roofs, trellis structures, ventilation shaft casings, and manhole covers each offer a unique interpretation of the vitrage pattern.
Flower beds planted with perennials in three color combinations (white and yellow, orange and pink, and red and burgundy) create a striking pattern that runs throughout the entire grounds.
In the courtyards of Buildings A and B, combinations of perennials have been designed to highlight the color scheme of each courtyard (white, yellow, or red). A shaded herb garden has been planted in the entrance area.
The project also features custom-designed lighting fixtures inspired by avant-garde aesthetics, which harmoniously integrate the landscape with the architecture of certain building sections.
Arrays of Pines
We plant large pine trees in well-lit areas of the property. Thanks to this design, the garden takes on a unique look and remains attractive all year round.
Plantings on Retaining Walls
The poor quality of the soil intended for planting was compensated for by the installation of gently curved metal retaining walls.
Hiding Technical Elements
The ventilation shafts and hatches covers feature a custom design and serve as an extension of the conceptual graphic theme.
Cascading Ponds
With their designs, the water features continue the vitrage theme. The central pond features several underwater steps, while the ponds in the oriental section have raised cascading steps.
We created not just a courtyard improvement, but a full-fledged park with a unique identity and rich functionality. The project enhanced the premium positioning of the complex and underscored the developer's status.
